Pricing Policy

For inquiries about price matching or adjustments for a past order, please reach out to customer service.

• To be eligible for price matching, the following conditions must be met:If you find a lower price on a product you purchased from ROADKIT either through a competitor or on our own website within 15 days of your purchase, we'll refund you the difference on a gift card.
• Competitors must be based in North America and authorized dealers of the brand and product in question, whether online or in a physical store, and able to ship the product to Canada.
• The product must be exactly the same in terms of brand, model, size, color, and year of manufacture.
• The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor at the requested price. We do not match prices for out-of-stock items or expired sales.
• Our customer service team must be able to verify the requested price match through phone or internet from the competitor; verbal agreements are not accepted.
• The competitor's shipping fee will be added to the product price when matching prices. For example, if a competitor's product is priced at $100 plus $10 shipping, the total price we will match is $110.
• Price matching is only offered in Canadian Dollars. If the product is priced in U.S. currency, we will use the Bank of Canada's exchange rate to calculate the cost.
• Our price matching policy covers ongoing sales and clearance prices but excludes special orders, prices reduced due to mistakes, incorrect printings, discounts for bulk purchases, closeouts, end-of-business liquidation sales, final sale items, used products, demonstration or floor models, and unofficial websites.
• Price matching cannot be combined with any additional discounts or promotions.
