Feels like -15 but have to ride outside? This jacket + base layer 4 will keep you warm even on fast descents. Closed to 0 and a Baselayer 2 will do.
I do find the hexagon pattern material of this jacket and the Baselayer 3 is tough to get on but with 4 just slides right on.
Built in vest is amazing. No wind gets through.
Bright green on the back I assume keeps you visible, bonus!
