Our Return Policy
Not the right fit? No worries at all. You have 30 days from the date your order leaves our facility.
The item(s) need to be unworn, unwashed, with their original packaging and the manufacturer tags. Items that do not meet these condition will not be accepted for return or exchange. Final sale items and gift cards can't be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are issued to the original form of payment. Orders placed with store credit are refunded as store credit.In-person returns are free. Mail-in returns have a $10 shipping label fee, which is waived if you opt for a store credit refund. We also accept returns at our retail location.

An item may be issued back in store credit (on a case-by-case basis) if it was returned passed the 30 days of purchase. Store credit does not expire.
Sale items (items ending in .98) can be exchanged but we do not accept returns for products that were listed as final sale items (items ending in .94) at the time of purchase.
If you received an item from us that was damaged on arrival, please take photos of the product as soon as practical and email them to us when commencing your return request.
Return processing typically takes one to two weeks to arrive at our warehouse and can take up to two weeks from the date received to be processed.
Unfortunately, your refund cannot be processed until the item in question has been returned to us. If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We are unable to issue a refund using a different payment method. If you've waited more than three weeks with no email from us, please reach out to us, and we will gladly help you out.
